You can request a refund within 7 days of your first paid Next Touch purchase. This applies to both the monthly and yearly subscription.
To request it, email cgasall78@gmail.com within that window using the email associated with your account. Include your receipt or invoice number if you have it.
A refund ends the access provided by the refunded payment. Your free stats account remains available.
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Cancel future renewals anytime.
Monthly membership renews at $5 USD per month. Yearly membership renews at $50 USD per year. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
To stop the next charge, sign in, open Membership and choose Manage billing / cancel renewal before your next renewal. Your training access continues through the period you already paid for.
Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. For a first-purchase refund, contact us within the 7-day window above. If you have trouble canceling or a question about a renewal, email support.

Next Touch uses your email and account identifiers to sign you in, recover your account, manage training access and answer support requests. Authentication is provided through Amazon Cognito. Stripe processes payments; Next Touch does not receive your full payment-card details.
The Windows companion processes your saved replays locally. Cloud sync is optional. When enabled, it sends match summaries, skill estimates, repeated patterns, recorded rank/MMR and training progress to your account. Raw replay files and local folder paths are not uploaded by this sync.
Activation records include a hashed installation identifier, your chosen activation label and recent access times. Essential cookies keep you signed in; browser storage remembers display preferences. Hosting providers process connection and security information to deliver and protect the service.
Account and synced data are hosted using AWS in the United States. Service operators can access data when needed for support, security and operation. The trailer and its thumbnail use YouTube; loading those resources connects your browser to YouTube. We do not use your match summaries for advertising.
Synced information is retained for your dashboard until you clear it or request deletion. Turn off cloud sync first to stop future uploads. Clearing the cloud match summary does not delete rank history, training progress, your account or local files. For a copy of your account information or deletion of your account and associated cloud data, email cgasall78@gmail.com from your account address. We verify ownership before making changes. Payment, fraud-prevention and legally required records may need to be retained; backup copies can remain until the backup retention period expires.

Next Touch is an independent training tool for supported offline Rocket League modes on Windows with BakkesMod. It does not include Rocket League or BakkesMod and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games or Psyonix. Game and BakkesMod updates can affect compatibility. Coaching suggestions are practice guidance, not a guarantee of rank or results.
A free account includes dashboard access. In-game training requires an active paid membership, a valid complimentary grant or the active launch offer. Keep your account personal: sharing account credentials or redistributing the plugin does not give another person training access. Keep the companion connected so it can refresh access and install updates safely.
Our launch offer is one shared 14-day window starting at official release. Its end date is shown on the website while active. Joining later does not restart the window. Free launch access stops at that deadline; a paid membership or valid complimentary grant is then required. Free accounts are not automatically charged. Choosing to subscribe during launch starts paid billing immediately at the price and renewal interval you approve in Checkout.
Monthly and yearly prices, cancellation instructions and the first-purchase refund policy appear above. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Downloading the plugin does not purchase permanent access. Your free stats account remains available when training access ends.
